Installed at a reserved parking space, the expectation is that they will only be used by the tenant to which they belong, or possibly by occasional guests staying with that tenant.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Advantage:<\/strong> Always available when tenants want them<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Where the primary disadvantage of a shared charger is the potential for inconsistent access, no such issue should exist with a private charger.
