As a qualified EV charging network and equipment provider for this program, at SWTCH, we can ensure you have the right system for your property and help you submit a strong application.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Who Can Apply?<\/h2>\n<p><b>There are three program categories: Multifamily, workplace, and public parking. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Under the multifamily category, while buildings with 3-20 units are prioritized, larger buildings are eligible as well. Likewise, in the workplaces category, priority is given to businesses with less than 100 employees, yet larger companies can still apply. Lastly, public EV charging in parking lots (at community destinations) is also eligible, for both Level 2 and DC Fast chargers (Level 3).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>What to keep in mind:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The program was launched on July 6, 2023, and runs until 2026 (or until funding has been exhausted)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Projects must be installed within 12 months of approval<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Incentives are eligible for the entire cost of installation (hardware, design, and utility make-ready included)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Funding is distributed partly upon application approval and the remainder at project completion<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Incentive Highlights<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The grants offered under the program are tiered based on the charger level installed. Amounts differ depending on the application category.
